"A have had them back several times for water coming in and draughts and noise"

A wanted my double glazing windows changed to triple glazing tilt and turn for easy cleaning a was told by a friend to go to perfect glazing as they were good so a went got a quote and had triple glazing windows installed ,sorry to say this but perfect glazing is not so perfect the after sales service is deplorable a have had them out a don't know how many times to a just and stop water and draughts coming in a have been on the phone to them since last week they sent someone out for my living room window he tried making adjustments to it but a still have the noise of traffic and draughts coming in he said they would have to try heavier rubber gasgat seals and if that did not work they would have to change the sash .he said he would report back to them what was required and they would phone me when he was coming back ,that is over a week ago ,a have been on the phone constant only to be told that he is working up North this week ,a asked did they only have one person that can do the job ,and could they possabaly tell me when the problem will be resolved the answer a got was again they will phone me when he is coming out a also asked if he would be bringing thicker rubber gaslkit seals with him ,as I am getting fed up being flobbed off I am given them one more chance to resolve the problem if it is not sorted this time I am going to write to trading standards and the judge in the Sunday mail , a now feel they couldent care less they got there money so tuff ..
