A review of M & Co Head Office by Anonymous written on Thursday 16th of October 2014
I visited Greenock Store on Satuarday 11-10-2014 at approx 3.30 with my elderly mother to purchase goods. went into store to browse downstairs found staff unhelpful chatting to each other ignoring the fact their was a customer instore.
I went upstairs to purchase items for my grandchildren upstairs was just as bad girl totally oblivious of our presence and carried on with her chores without lifting her head to accept we were customers a simple hello would have been acceptable.
I have to say i left this store completly disatisfied,i have shopped in this store for many years and have never been treated in this manner do M&CO NOT NEED CUSTOMERS.
I telephoned the store on Monday 13-10-2014 to ask for head office number were i was told number couldent be found due to computer,i asked to speak to a manager was told by Marlene or Arlene that the two managers were not in store person listened to my complaint and and apologised for situation and invited me into store on Satuarday to discuss situation and offered me £10 voucher.
I have decided to write to Head Office as i feel i was a valued customer as where my friends and family and will no longer use store to purchase goods as this left me upset and angry.can i just say Greenock Town Centre is falling around our ears with many people travelling out of town to shop can M&Co can your Greenock store lose loyal customers..
