"Dreadful service."

On trying to buy a leather jacket for a work mate I was practically pounced on and a jacket grabbed from my hand for trying to send a picture to my work mates sister to check it was ok. As they only return policy is a credit note.

Repeatly told I could not take a picture. Lost themselves a sale due to this! Let down and disappointed is the words I would use to review this shop..
