On a recent visit to your Glasgow store,which l am quite unfamiliar with, l mistakenly took an item l wished to buy from your home and furnishing dept to the refunds desk.The assistant who served me pointed this out quite rudely, at which l was totally taken aback. I offered to take it to proper counter explaining apologetically that l had made a genuine mistake, if she would direct me to afore said counter, she grudgingly served me as l was only customer there. It was a very off putting experience, and will certainly give me second thoughts about going back to this branch..
