"Ward 49. Could not be better."

I recently had fairly major surgery and was looked after on Ward 49. It was clean, well run and friendly and I could not possibly have had a better experience. All of the nurses and auxiliary staff were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks in particular to nurse Iona who made me feel at ease and that sonebody was really looking after me. I cannot thank ward 49 enough..
