"1 hour and still waiting to speak to someone!!!"

I am writing this review while waiting to be spoken to.i have been on the phone for an hour in a cue.an absolute disgrace.i am having to persevere due to my unique situation also coupled with the fact that i received a threatening letter.

how on earth i am expected to respond when i am forced to wait this length of time ..
