A review of Watt Bros by Martha Osborne written on Saturday 8th of November 2014
After visiting your store in Clydebank on Thursday night at 5.15 pm I was left feeling very annoyed. On entering the store a lady approached me in quite an abrupt manner to say 'the tills are going off in 5minutes okay". I was only in to buy wool so went straight to the back of the store to pick it up. Within 2 mins of being there the same member of staff shouted the same message at me. Another member if staff was brushing the floor beside me , I asked if that's the way they always approach customers and she said it was. I found this to be very rude as I didn't enter the shop when it was closing. I left the store after spending a considerable amount of money on wool. On coming home I looked up the website to find that I was in the store on Thursday 6th November and according to the website the store has a 7pm opening time on that day. I think Watt Bros need to have a rethink on the way they approach and speak to their paying customers . I would hope this would be a one off as if it happens to me again I will be having a rethink on where I spend my hard earned cash in the future. Manners cost nothing!,.
