"Disappointed"

I don't often leave reveiws but I wouldn't want anyone else to be as disappointed as myself and my boyfriend were when I received my flowers he ordered for me , firstly the delivery driver brought the wrong flowers , he then took them away to return an hour later aty work with a cream pot with a poor excuse as a floral display , nothing like the ones I later found out when I got home from work that my boyfriend believed he had ordered , the picture on the web site was a stunning display nothing like the ones I received , I have honestly seen a better bouquet in tescos ,really disappointed , will not be using this florist ever again , just don't want anyone else to fell disappointed either ..
