I've had to contact consumer advice re extension. Woman in perfect glazing always tells you manager is out, did not respond to emails. They built extension to kitchen beginning of July, nearly into December council won't pass the work it's a nightmare. Draughty patio doors, not low e glass in kitchen windows the list goes on ..
