Anyone can go to a studio and claim the tatto they have was done in another place so you should not judge other peoples work unless you have seen it done when you were present i have been in places all over and heard people say an other studio was rubbish

a lot off cover up work is on tattos that have been done on spanish drunken holidays and the customer is to ashamed to say so and just pull a name off the net or when they pass a studio.
