"Can't speak to anyone!!!!"

I have just spent 3 days and a total of 80 mins trying to speak to someone about my tax position. This 0845 number costs a fortune, and still NO SERVICE PROVIDED.looks like a money earning venture. Management of this organisation are stealing their wages..
