"Where are my blinds?????"

Placed order on 4th December and was told would take between 7 and 10 days. Phoned on Friday 19th to enquire about my blinds and was told that they would be fitted for me on Monday 22nd and that someone would call to arrange a time. I called back at 11.00 on 22nd as had not heard anything only to be told that my blinds had not been made up yet but they would be fitted between 13.00 and 17.00. It is now well past 17.00 and no blinds. Not even a phone call to let me know what is happening and they are now closed for 2 weeks. I only ordered 3 plain roller blinds. Nothing fancy. Will never be using them again..
