"Manager very unhelpful"

When I recently had an issue with anti reflective coating coming off my lenses that were only purchased a year ago, the girl I approached was in the process of helping me when the manager walked over to us and instantly took over despite the fact that the girl I was dealing with didn't ask for any help from her manager, the manager then tried to explain anti reflective coating to me in great detail which was very technical and overly complicated! Completely unnecessary for him to get involved and made for a "two many cooks spoil the broth" situation, he came across as bossy and despite fixing the issue for me I walked away not liking his style of customer service and probably can assume his staff don't like his management style!.
