"Would not take order via phone"

I recently purchased products from this company to renovate a very large bathroom all items bought in store.

I then realised I had failed to order worktops for bathroom units and called hoping they would take order over phone which I would pay for in full.

I was told this was not possible that I would require to come into store, which is 40 miles from home.

I questioned this and the salesman made enquiry with the general manager who would not allow this to be done due to tjhe fact there may be "problems " and they would require me to come in to see and discuss product.

How inconvenient and unhelpful.

My advice to anyone is go in look at the products and order on line much cheaper and more accommodating.

I had been advised not to use this supplier but had never had a problem before. So much for customer loyalty. Never again !.
