I was totally delighted with James service and attention. My boyfriend first took me to his shop for valentines. 3 weeks later returning to the shop to purchase a birthday present for me James remembered the other jackets i had tried and liked leading to a further purchase and also sending me a very thoughtful card and kind gift.
