The customer service was average as they had squeezed in appointments so you were in and out with no time to relax as they rushed. The manager seemed rather rude and belittled her staff with customers in. Only one toilet in salon (which is damp and cold) once youve made it passed the mess of the back shop to get to it! Have had far superior service to this and would not recommend it to anyone..
