"3 days still no response"

A review of HM Revenue & Customs by David written on Monday 30th of March 2015

It seem like a waste of my time phoning cause its no one is actually working?! 20 minutes Thursday and Friday listening to that stupid music over & over. Still no reply back from an email I send 3-4 days going on now, about a wrong tax code ?.
