I think we the public are being treated disgracefully by HMRC, I believe the extensive amount of time it appears the public have to endure, just waiting on the telephone to speak to someone is outragious. It appears this is a very common occurrence. Please try and treat people with respect and show consideration, we do not enjoy having to call, as the vast majority of the time there is a problem which people want to discuss and perhaps solve..
