"Bad service"

There's no easy way to say this but your sorting office is crap. I was waitin for a letter from the PF office in Hamilton. Tbe letter was sent out on the 3rd April I got it yesterday the 15th April and it was sent 1st class. 12 days for a 1at class letter what a joke! Also tbe phone number on your website doesn't work or its off the hook. Anything for me n I'm not in leave with a neighbour I don't want it in that sorting office which is 6 miles away riddrie office is 1/2 a mile away. I want someone higher to write to. Email me a name and an address..
