"6 months to deliver a nest of tables (shambles)"

Bought carpets first visit ok ,second visit left with big hole in new carpet, complained was asked if I could put sofa on it. Replaced it 23december with different carpet. Sofa arrives with side board and table not the ones I ordered which were delivered 6 months later today. It was a brown sofa which came with black arm and 2seater recliner never worked both replaced eventually. After this quality service could not get hold of manager who never phoned when I had tried several times, and after all this never received any compensation which I did not ask for but an apology would have been nice. They should be delivering with Stetsons and a horse,unfortunately I will not be advising friends to pay them a visit..
