I bought a door from this company. They couldn't wait to fit it but wouldn't issue me with a receipt till 5 weeks later.3 months later the lock wouldn't work and there was a big gap between the door and the frame. The draught coming in was horrendous. When I called I was told it would be a month until they could come out. Eventually they agreed to come after I told them had to put a chair behind the door at night because I could not lock it. Needless to say they never turned up and im left with a door that's not fit for purpose. Now taking legal advice.
