A review of 3 Store by #justgeezyermoneyandgoaway written on Monday 4th of May 2015
I entered into a contract with this store 6 months ago and got a phone based on their recommendation. It just stopped functioning yesterday.I was treated with disdain when I took it in today to get fixed, which they couldn't do anyway. When I asked for a replacement to cover the TEN day repair time I was told NO, we don't do that, when I asked about a discount for the 10 day period I was told , maybe.come and see us when it's fixed.
The whole experience was obviously a chore for the Manager who I spoke to, probably because there was no money for the company or commission for him involved.
Oh! and anyway 3's signal is also diabolical and is at best inconsistent. Better to go with one of the more trusted brands.
If you do go with 3, pray that you do not need to rely on customer service at Silverburn to help you out, they won't..
