"Poor service and low quality product"

We purchased 4 windows and a door from this company in 2012

A few months after installation the bedroom windows and kitchen door started to whistle loudly because the seals had gone. It took many stressful phone calls before the original fitters finally turned up and resealed them. The seals went again afterwards and rather than getting them back we paid another company to reseal all the windows and doors. We still have not received our 10 year guarantee certificate and I guess we never will. The glue on several of the unit frames is going too.

Do not use this company. They don't answer phone calls and their product is very poor quality..
