"Call handlers disgrace attitude"

My daughter called on wed 3 June . Ask for taxi . She wasn't well . And said she was at sorting office .summertown rd . The so called person ask for a number . My daughter said sorting office . Where there's only 1 sorting office and all 50/50 driver know where it is she's used them taxis for over 10 year . I called to get same reaction .i used 50/50 since starting out on govan road . So sorry Steven ur taxis will go down hill because of ur call handlers . Won't be back and I have other contracts which will be cancelled ASAP ..
