"Microwave meals"

My husband is in ward 4 (renal). The rooms are nice and nurses have been friendly and efficient. His problem is the food. He has been in for 5 weeks now and has had a choice of the same 7 ready meals for lunch and dinner every day. The food is actually served in its plastic container. Hard to believe that this is the balanced diet a sick person needs and we are taking food in for him to give him some variety and stimulate his appetite..
