"Big Brother Scrutiny & lack of trust in employees."

Many of the engineer workforce now looking for alternative employment, mainly due to changes in the engineers day to day tasks, that are now governed by a time in motion style format, that was recently introduced & is nothing more than a big brother style system, which shows little respect for the excellent job engineers do daily within Asda stores. City Facilities Management is now riddled with Asda management, who have crossed over & caused havoc amongst the ranks of power. They have employed an ex Scottish Gas manager, who in turn, brought in the time in motion system, which has caused major frustration to engineers using this outdated system & which is now delaying a once excellent service to Asda.

City Facilities Management have totally lost the plot in this sector & as destructive word of mouth spreads amongst the Facilities Management community, they will suffer in the long term, to employ engineers of a good caliber, as their declining skilled workforce leaves for pastures new.

Company vehicles, which many engineers pay tax for private use, are GPS trackered in business & private use, which effectively breaches privacy, outwith working hours, where the company have been known to track vehicles, whilst an employee is on vacation. Word of advice to any worried drivers out their, purchase a GPS jammer for around £20 on eBay & stop this invasion of privacy, until you find alternative employment, with a more trusting company..
