A review of Knockburn Primary School by Tam written on Wednesday 15th of July 2015

I lived at 60 Ferness Oval.

I went to Knockburn from @ 1960-65.

We moved to Balornock East from Springburn Road, where I went to Petershill & Hyde Park schools. The difference between those and a "modern" school was quite something.

Really enjoyed it there with Billy McKenna and Alan Maxwell, then went up to Albert SS. (A grim edifice.)

Saw a ground level picture of Knockburn on Google Maps a couple of years ago. A bit sad and overgrown with chavs in it..
