"Toilet seat damaged"

Having purchased bathroom cabinets to find out the toilet seat was damage i phoned the company told me they phone me back no phone call back went in to the shop to speak to the manager told would have to bring back the seat but stay to far away tryed to speak to the manger he was not interested had to buy a replacement at £29 99 so not very happy.
