"Lazy, sloppy, unprofessional customer service"

Booked for the midweek cut and colour offer. Had colour on for an hour, washed off and then left to sit with wet hair for another half hour as my stylist was double - booked! .eventually blow dried my hair myself, paid half the price for the colour and walked out and went to another hairdressers along the road for a cut - she had to remove a lot of colour staining from my hairline and ears that the sloppy junior hadn't removed. Disappointing service by young lazy unprofessional women who couldn't care less..
