Drove up from gourock this morning to buy a new toilet seal and shower seal for our sanitary ware which we bought from this company, I asked one of the staff for some advice which seemed to up set him as he was busy talking to an other member of staff about cornation st or something needless to the level of service I got was crap the ignorant rude sales man just turned and walked away as this was not a big enough enquiy to take up his time I turned and walked came ordered both items on line at a fraction of the price asked by wholesalei for one will not be returnig to spend my hard earned money in this shop again.
