"Not getting correct pay with new system"

I have worked with 2 other city aces covering there hours ect ect if on holiday and have been short payed by £60 with this new stupid system we have in place ,and it must be a way of staff making money for the company ,as I know loads of staff in same situation,this has been going on for 3 months at least and has still not been resolved by line my manager ,and they now want me to cover another holiday, I will now work my 16 hr contracted hours ,sinking ship comes to mind ..
