"Busy and friendly"

I was saddened to read the review by anonymous which said they wouldn't recommend the salon to anyone. I am a long standing customer and love the fact the staff are so busy and so much is going on. Its because they fit you in if they know you want something done. Also banter between the staff and customers show trust and a real relationship. Perhaps a stuffy, more expensive salon would suit this person better. Me, I prefer the great service and fun I get in here. Oh, and I am happy to recommend it too..
