"Does the chair actually exist.?"

My friend ordered and paid for a chair on 29July told we would have it in 6 or even 5 weeks. Six weeks came and went no phone call to say chair was in. We phoned to be told chair had been in for days and they had been trying to contact my friend by phone, given that he is never out in the afternoon and no message was left even it is peculiar. Anyway he phones and is given a day for delivery and we were in all day, no chair no contact to explain. We imagine the chair MAY arrive eventually but Allan's have lost customers from this that is for sure, bad service travels just as fast as good service so it will be a first and last from this company.
