A review of Sutherlands Restaurant by Doris Morton written on Thursday 1st of October 2015
Visited Sutherlands on wednesday 30th September, party of three, ordered 2 teas (please leave tea bags out) 1 coffee , 3 cakes, no cooking involved, paid our dues, took our seat, 15 minutes later we are still waiting, but we did notice a queue had formed they were all served and we were still waiting, then we noticed the two seats at window were empty when we came now had two customers and were being served cooked food, one of our party went to counter to ask why we were still waiting, and was told they were too busy, we waited another five minutes went up again to counter again and brought back our cakes, after waitress brought the teas (tea bags in teapot) still no coffee, went to counter to ask where coffee was and they said they had lost the order slip, so we had fit remind them the type of coffee ordered, .
I will not be going back to Sutherlands and will warn my friends..
