"Postal delivery"

A review of Royal Mail by Janet Geddes written on Thursday 8th of October 2015

I live in a two storey flat in Knightswood. Today [Thursday 08/10/15] I have received mail. Written on the front of the envelopes "N/A -5/10 and N/A on 06/10" this is strange since I have been at home all week through illness. No one pressed my buzzer to gain entry. Apart from the fact that the mail arrives at different times of the day this is unacceptable. It's happening on too numerous occasions. The service is completely unacceptable.

I'd like to think that I'd receive a reply to this but I doubt it very much..
