"Useless bank!"

A review of TSB Bank plc by Grumpy written on Friday 9th of October 2015

This bank along with many others that are not city centre close at lunch time for one hour which is ridiculous because most people work 9-5 which is the same hours as the bank but if they close at lunch time then when exactly are we suppose to do our banking unless travelling into town which is no good for those who don't drive. Huge inconvenience and it's closed on a Saturday so this bank isn't much use to me at all. You would think that they would at least keep one counter open and take turns for their lunch like most other business do. I think I will have to switch to another bank tbh because this is no good..
