"Wrong order after lengthy waitin time"

Ordered large chicken Pakora reg veg pakora and onion rings waited forever for it to be told they Making onion rings from fresh and that was what the hold up was! Eventually order comes we head home only to find onion rings limp ( same ones that took forever to make) and no chicken pakora only large and reg veg pakora this shop was more interested in deliveries than customers going into shop deffo won't shop there again.
