In response to the "Monty Insider":

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we are all for constructive criticism here at the Montgomerie Arms. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously, and prefer to rectify any customer issues at the time, and face to face. The "Monty" is and always will be a friendly pub, and our customers know that we are there to help them if they are in any way unsatisfied with our service.

We regret that the "Monty Insider" has this view, but even more so that said customer chooses to remain anonymous. Please pop in, or at least reveal your identity, so that we may endeavour to make your next visit a more pleasant one.
