"Disappointing service"

Hoped to buy a carpet from this store but salesman did not follow up with what was promised! Very poor communication resulting in several phone calls to the store and decided, in the end, that if this was the service before actually buying the carpet, then I wouldn't bother! Went elsewhere!.
