"Ignorant reception staff"

I has been calling the surgery for little over half an hour to make an appointment for my pregnancy vaccinations. There was no answer for over half an hour, also no explanation as to why my call was not being answered. I knew it wasn't lunch break because it wasn't within them hours. I called the surgery that is directly beside it too and they answered their phones fine and she said to call again. so there was obviously staff available to take my call in the first place. This is ridiculous and unacceptable..
