"Horrible mannered red haired girl"

One girl who I was dealing with on my last visit to i2i (with red hair) made a joke about my poor eyesight after looking at the opticians notes and seeing my prescription! Regardless of if this is a joke or not it's insensitive! Management should be disciplining staff who treat customers like this! Awful manners and no respect for customers! Especially since this was coming from someone who works in an opticians and should be trying to only help people with bad eyesight!.
