£24 parts charged at £91 and one part was faulty

1. job under 1 hour cost nearly £200 incl. under £25 of parts;

2. didn’t bring all parts asked for and listed on their job sheet

3. left to get part and charged travel time;

4. fitted a part that must clearly have been faulty – and left;

5. didn’t complete all the work requested;

6. had to be called back to replace the faulty part and complete;

7. in all charged 1hour travel time for under 5 minute journey;

8. dismissed complaint “feel labour charge justified - material charge is our standard mark up”.
