"Disappointing workmanship"

The roughcast was poorly done and started to fall off almost immediately. PG sent someone to repair it but the cement used was a different colour from the original which continued to drop off. Again PG sent people who agreed to redo it then went to get the materials. They never returned. I got a letter from PG demanding £500 to repair their work. I have consulted an architect and ever roughcast er to came to give an estimate said that the PG work was sub standard. Very disappointed in this firm..
