A review of Pollokshaws Methodist Church by Theresa dick written on Tuesday 15th of December 2015
I am a granny who found this lovely play group almost by accident. I met David by chance on a walk with my wee granddaughter and asked if I could bring her to the group. I had no connection with the church at all. David welcomed us with open arms telling me he and his lovely wife Maggie were also grandparents.
I can honestly say I have never met a nicer group of mums, some dads and grandparents. The children are all given the best of care and it has been a support to many.
The two young mums,( Zoe and caleb's mums) are so committed, hardworking and creative. Your kids will get messy!
Cheap as chips. £1.50 when you go.
My little granddaughter looks forward to it every week and even when we drive past she says'playgroup, playgroup!'
She is now going to nursery and sadly our time has come to an end but I am happy to say I am still welcome for a coffee and chat wth the friends I've made.
Thankyou pollokshaws Methodist church. Theresa dick..
