"Can't get a response either by phone or visiting the premises"

We handed in rings to be sized a few months ago, and have been unable to get a response when phoning or visiting the shop. There doesn't seem to be anyone around, how do I make contact to pick up my rings?

I am quite anxious as they are valuable rings with much sentimental value.
