A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Lyndsay written on Friday 19th of February 2016
I called tonight and spoke to Emma. I'm glad calls are recorded.i went ahead to tell Emma my emergency, she sounded peeved that I didn't know my ref num. when she asked what was wrong, I asked her did she have details of my dogs operation (17th feb) she butt in and asked what my emergency was , I repeated , do u have details of her op.her reply was ." Well I see it but I don't know the text so what is your emergency" . Tried to tell her , although I did ask why she didn't know the word on screen.to be told " I just don't" . Attitude was wayyyy wrong , while my dog is pouring with blood. Surely as a pdsa receptionist she should kind of be able to read "text" relating to animals . Anyway I think Emma is in the wrong job and I will make a complaint and I would like my call to be listened to . Previous visits and calls been excellent , but you always get one.
