"Not worth the price"

I had a cut and blow dry which wasn't too bad but cost nearly £34, which I thought was a bit steep especially since the reason I went there was thinking it would be quite reasonable. I got my head scalded while rinsing off shampoo which wasn't pleasant and I probably will never go there again. I got the impression that the price was basically given by sizing up how much the customer looked like what they could afford. She didn't seem to be assertive when mentioning the amount it was and looked like she was expecting me to refuse once telling me how much it was going to be. I usually go to Saks which is obviously more expensive and also a huge difference with the whole experience in general. I will definitely think twice about trying somewhere else next time..
