"Stuck in a lift in Tenterden Store"

Stuck in your Tenterden store lift for so long with no help and support. Called Fire Brigade to get us out. No word of sorry from manager of store and unsatisfactory response from company customer support and no mention of sorry. Two elderly ladies who won't be going into ANY M & Co store ever again.
