The entry here is for a company called dcdevine.com not POSS.

The Property Owners' Support Service is a non-profit-making association run by volunteers.

The idea and website was thought-up and kicked off by Dr.Devine who now only occasionally provides advice in seeding (starting a property owners' support group or cell). We have set up our own POSS cell and are really happy running our own affairs without expensive and frustrating factors! Dr.Devine was really helpful in getting us off the ground and it cost us absolutely nothing. He does this all for free because he dislikes rip-off factors so much.

So, to owners who want to sack a factor - go ahead! To owners who want to self-factor - don't do it, instead create a POSS cell with the website and templates as it is much easier.

To people who have confused Dr.Devine or dcdevine.com with POSS - check your facts!.
