"Poor customer service"

Controller , I will not even call him a gentleman as he certainly was not that on saturday when I called in as taxi did not turn up was offensive while i was talking he was hitting the phone off something , saying my taxi had been and gone , which I found hard to believe as I was standing at my gate waiting for more than half an hour, then the taxi turned up as I came off the phone to that person, I told the taxi to get in touch with his controller as he had been and gone he looked bewildered much the same as me , I told him taxi was cancelled I used this compnay for years so did my mother but I will not be calling them again and I will be letting everyone know my experience , I called 3333 and taxi was there within 5 minutes with no offensive behaviour now thats what I call service ,.
